the location was good and it was near to some stores.
The staff seemed untrained and there was one instance when they could not find my car keys at reception. the general manager never called me back as promised.

the location was perfect, i could walk everywhere! the hotel was super fresh, i loved the comfortable atmosphere. there was a great choice of dining options too!!!
i wasn't advised the pool wasn't finished yet, that was disappointing. the sports bar food was terrible, like inedible terrible.

i appreciated the leisure deck with its three pools and bar , all located on level 7. the sky deck offered lovely views. direct access to the south bank via a pedestrian bridge was very convenient.
