mediocre Experience
untrained staff general manager
the location was good and it was near to some stores.
The staff seemed untrained and there was one instance when they could not find my car keys at reception. the general manager never called me back as promised.

perfect location fresh atmosphere dining option unfinished pool terrible food unhelpful staff
the location was perfect, i could walk everywhere! the hotel was super fresh, i loved the comfortable atmosphere. there was a great choice of dining options too!!!
i wasn't advised the pool wasn't finished yet, that was disappointing. the sports bar food was terrible, like inedible terrible. staff walking around couldn't direct us back to the hotel lift, it seemed like no one knew where anything was

charmed by the stay
leisure deck convenient access lovely views
i appreciated the leisure deck with its three pools and bar , all located on level 7. the sky deck offered lovely views. direct access to the south bank via a pedestrian bridge was very convenient.
